do you know what temp your CPU is showing in Bios?, are your kraken fans spinning up on boot, have you tried to turn off any autoclock feature in bios?

Hi All, tired to reinstall Calibre to mange my kindle, but the exe file is an MSI file and windows 10 keeps giving me the same error Class not registered, have tried sfc /scan now, told me it had found errors but couldn't repair them, tried going into components but nothing needs registering...

If want to install windows from an Internal HDD then it will need to be connected either internally or via an external HDD caddy and then install windows from there if they have the windows installer on the HDD

that fan is fine, reading some reviews said it a very loud under load, just remember to clean you CPU before putting the new fan on , don't want old thermal paste making it uneven, be very careful when taking old fan off, if you pull too hard you are likely to pull the CPU from the socket and...

you always need a heatsink for CPU, otherwise toasty CPU = dead CPU

A CPU Fan is designed to cooler your processor, normally smaller than a case fan, i assume you are replacing the standard case fans? just looked up the specs of your case, your case can support upto 5 x 120 mm fans so any of the ones you have listed will fit fine

check for dust, clean out all fans, dust collectors etc , what are your PC specs? as saint row 3 isn't the most demanding game these days. do you get any message before shut down? are you running any temp monitoring software?

If the cooler is 145 and the case is 155 then it should fit fine

60-70 is at the high end for AMD, i have the same CPU , i am running a liquid cooler now as have overclocked my CPU , but had an arctic freezer 13 (https://www.arctic.ac/uk_en/freezer-13.html) and my temps never got above 50 whilst gaming , the stock fan supplied is as much use as a ubisoft server

your Card temps are fine, CPU temps are on the high side, might be worth buying an aftermarket cooler, giving the CPU some new thermal paste and a clean anything above 72 your system will start to throttle back.
