Tried with another PSU, the problem persists.

Unfortunately the only other PSU I have access to is under the wattage needed to run the GPU. I think I'm going to order another PSU, it seems like the most likely culprit.

My compter started having this issue a few days ago. When I turn it on after shutting down, there's no display. The computer will stay on for about a minute, then the VGA alert light on the motherboard flashes on for a second before the computer forces a restart. The first two times it happened...
