I noticed this as well. I experience the same FPS lag on my system. It dips into the 50s when the tower drops on Seige of Shanghai. Honestly though I really couldn't notice the frame drop unless I actually have the FPS counter up and see it turn yellow. I think honestly once new drivers...

Well I think I figured out what was causing the sudden FPS drop. I believe it was Origin overlay. Disabled this and ran everything maxed out in BF4 and the lowest FPS in an entire game was 57 FPS. The stupid overlay was making the games stutter. Sorry about all the questions!

Later tonight I am going to do a series of tests. Going to Log gameplay in Crysis 3 for 15 minutes, and BF4 for 15 minutes on both High Graphics and Ultra High, and ill post a graph of that.

Ok, been having quite a few issues with getting this board to function correctly, and run well. on my previous board. I figured it out. Set it to a special OC profile listed as 1867 ... weird. but works.

I tried to set the BIOS to manual mode in the screen above, tried to set the profile to 1866, the timing to 1866, and upped the DRAM voltage to 1.6v and it was still crashing. Do I need to up the voltages more? Not sure if im doing this correctly.

K, I figured it out. Somehow the game got set to default Xbox 360 controller in the profile. Luckily I have 2 computers running here and have a steering wheel for the other. I was able to hook that up and actually get past the screen to set the control to keyboard.

I did a repair for windows at first, but it did not do anything. After I swapped it to IDE it booted fine. I installed all the drivers and everything. I will check in the BIOS for the xmp.
