    I have taken the HDD out now, but the smart didn't show any of that. Its just showed the sata port number and the afore mentioned error.

    Update: I retryed just now and now its saying I can't install on either partition because that drive is about to fail. I have sent it back to newegg via RMA hoping it was just an HDD problem not a build problem? Could it have possibly been a build error on my part?
