I have taken the HDD out now, but the smart didn't show any of that. Its just showed the sata port number and the afore mentioned error.

Also tomorrow when I totally remove the drive should the smart screen go away?

When you say "see" do you mean actually take a picture of the smart screen or use one of those programs?

Update: I retryed just now and now its saying I can't install on either partition because that drive is about to fail. I have sent it back to newegg via RMA hoping it was just an HDD problem not a build problem? Could it have possibly been a build error on my part?

How can I do that? The drive I'm using doesn't even have an OS on it because it says there is a partition error?
