im building a pc for my first time mostly to play elder scroll online and othe mmo games after some research came up with this build link below but my problem i cant figure out is how ,what are we looking at when establishing what psu to fit perfect with your set up this is my buid so far...

i want a graphic card that would play elder scroll online and newer game on ultra and high neeed some help would like something in the 300-400 mark i would pay even more than that but only if its really worth it or even a cheaper one that would performe good my spec i5 4670k...
