Im using it right now. Its supposed to maximize game traffic while in game and yada yada. Problem is I cant connect to any servers right now

So I just built this PC yesterday and I am using windows 10 and I am using Killer e2200 Ethernet to connect to the network. I am able to access the internet and everything just fine, but any game I load its unable to connect to servers. Is this some sort of IP issue with ethernet connection or...
