yeah i know i can tweak the fan speed but that will eventually decrease the life of my fan, also there is no way i can put a fan that can blow air on graphic card, what should i do?

Do graphics matter for you ? If Yes, then go with the PS4 ! But if you think its expensive, then go for ps3. They are easy and best !
