The ram is hyperX & drives are wd black nvmes. So I think everything except the gpu / case are made by other brands. All I can tell is that the gpu cooler is made by cooler master but it just says geforce on the shroud.

Nope, no parts that I'm aware of are, I've swapped the ram & drives. The mobo and case have a normal layout so I assume those could be swapped. all coolers / fans / psu are made by cooler master. No plugs are proprietary. This one is a cooler master 800w gold.

So I deleted all partitions on the nvme drives, and formatted them. After installing windows and all drivers etc no restart as of yet. I won't know if it worked for about a day now. Will update just incase anyone else happens across this thread. Also thanks for all the suggestions. If this fails...

It is an omen pc so I would have to look into what board to get.

So after doing this the pc just restarts without showing an error.

Thanks for the advice, I did have an update for my asus laptop, but no change. So I decided to buy a wifi 6 router to see if that changes anything. Will update tomorrow when it arrives. New router: ASUS AX5700 (RT-AX86U)

This part gave me an idea, I am unsure if it will work though. Would a mesh system of my own rectify my issue? I am in the same room as the router, but I'm wondering if more of a signal would over shadow what is interfering? Thanks again for your time.

The change in latency happens so quick, I don't think the program I use would be able to refresh in time as I have to hit the refresh button and then it shows the data a few seconds later. Do you know of a real time noise monitoring program? As for the wrong psu I am using the one the router...
