Installed a new motherboard and cpu and it won't boot into bios at all I accidentally scratched the motherboard with a screwdriver I was thinking that was the issue but the cpu fan is moving and led lights are working http://imgur.com/j06JpGs Help please.

What is a good motherboard for FX8350? I was going to get the Asrock 990FX Extreme3 but after some research people did not recommend it for 8 cores. Looking for something around the same price range if possible. Thanks.
