I'd check the hard drive before you go any further... use a spare or some cheapo someplace put the hard drive in and see if you can start a windows install process or anything on it, see it it will even just boot and or get an error, if it can get it to do anything else other then rebooting over...

Is it simply just a clear blue screen or a blue screen with error codes? If so what does the codes read? What were you doing at the time of the bluescreen? Messing around in the bios? Windows Updates? etc...??!?!?!?! We need more information before we can help you but if you were in the bios...
