I'm planning a new build for a HTPC/DVR/Media Server build and am slightly hung up on what to do for a tuner. I'm torn on whether to use a stand-alone type (e.g. HDHomeRun) or internal PCIe TV Tuner Card. The plan is to use either XBMC or Windows Media Player (or other software if suggested)...
