I was able to not only boot into BIOS but also install Windows and drivers yesterday using the Zotac 1070 Mini, with the 650 Ti I was also able to boot into BIOS and Windows. And I already had the latest BIOS instaled (12/27/2019 7B53v19 ). Forgot to mention but I also tried to power it up...
