around 1.27 at max turbo 4,4ghz lot of ppl have 1,15 with 4,4 or 1,2 with 4,7

So my problem is i want to undervolt my CPU looks like its getting to high voltage after goes above 4000mhz is it possible to undervolt it and keep the turbo settings ? How can i do the undervolting which setting should i change here to get less voltage and how? http://i.imgur.com/Ht24DpK.jpg

As the title said Which Bios should i use for Sabertoth z97 mark 2 ? I dont know if the latest is the best or there is a bit older but more stable bios im using with I7 4790k
