I'm a little late here. But, if you haven't solved yet, try unpacking the AMDA00_Win7-8-8-1_V1010.zip from the Asus website, under utilities and installing it. If that doesn't work (or, you've already done that) then run AMDA00_Win7-8-8-1_V1010/x64/Setup.exe. You'll see the Command box flash...
