It's still in the normal level. Nothing to worry about.

Every other voltage is normal, the motherboard detects voltage (as part of it's feature) at startup as 13-15v. But when I am using the PC, the volt stays at the safe level but is 12.80v-13.60v after around 5-10mins. Does it have to do with how I installed/quality of the thermal paste?
