Is low fps something you notice in other games? I'm thinking it's either the insufficient wattage from your power supply or your Fortnite settings that simply aren't optimized.
Yes, that's totally fine. In a few years, you might want to replace thermal paste just to help the card run a little cooler. Until it reaches 80°c or higher, don't bother. You can also look into underclocking and better airflow to help with your temperatures.

This card seems to be sold only on AliExpress. Be careful when buying online. I would 100% stay away. Too much risk for your money.
Can't tell if it's necessarily fake as some manufacturers release different GPU heatsinks depending on the country in which the card is sold.

If you can, go for a gtx 1080. Great card overall, 8pin power connector (same as RX 580) and can be found at a decent price for the performance that it offers compared to many other cards such as the RX 5600 XT (don't go for that one, you'll regret it lol).

I am using a VS500 PSU by Corsair. Don't think PSU is the problem, as I get a black screen (not artifacts like in my PC) when GPU is installed in a computer equipped with an RM650. I'd just like to clarify that this card only requires a 8pin connector.
