Dell Inspiron 8200 - Fan always on, overheating?
Can i let the fan running maximum speed all the time? And what about upgrading CPU? I get an other laptop with a p4 2,4 Ghz (with an Integrated Heat Spreader). Can i remove it and try? Is it dangerous for the motherboard? Make that warmer?- jfmarck

If the DC connector is dead, you can prehaps use your laptop over the docking station... Seen on ebay for ca. 10€- jfmarck
