not at all, i3's perform very good with fast ram

the only time I have seen a significant ram bottleneck is with a skylake i3 not to say it can't happen with you

the i3 6100 will consistently beat the fx 6300 and g3258 in single core performance

wouldnt recommend that power supply for those new components you're doing a considerably large upgrade might as well upgrade that power supply as well

everything will be compatible that is a poor power supply however

definitely sapphire for the 390, best amd manufacturer imo and their card runs the coolest due to the 3 fans

all the stuff you have now is compatible wouldnt recommend a z170 with a locked cpu, an h170 will probably be cheaper and more suitable unless you plan on upgrading to a unlocked cpu later? what budget do you have for a video card and mouse/keyboard? cant recommend a power supply right now...
