dear sir, i believed that you are right but i have only one hard disk western digital 160 GB for so many years i was used it for my PC but at this time when i turn it on my computer it will not boot anymore, then i was checked the cmos setup it looks like no hard disk detected...

my hard disk is not detected by the bios on IDE SATA port? and it is not bootable
