Hey, I have exactly the same problem as you do. 1080ti, i7 8700k. Games start running a 90 fps and end up at 20-30 fps after some playtime. Gotta restart to "solve" it. Please let me know if you fix it
My cpu temperatures are also fine, It has water cooling and I even removed the overclock I used to have.
