i5-4670 (non K) GTX 1070 (no OC/founders) 8GB DDR3 RAM (1600MHZ) Playing Watch_Dogs 2 recently has been giving me 100% CPU load from medium settings upwards. So I was wondering if this CPU has reached it's outdated destination and whether I should upgrade or not.

Like the title says, my 1070 won't go all the way into the slot; a bit of the pins are outside. It can't go in anymore cause the bracket where you screw the GPU in firmly is blocking it from going further. This is an issue I just came across after buying a new case, and ideas what I can do? I'm...
