Just download and install coolbits2 here. Then go into the Nvidia display setting and look for the override refresh rate. If you can’t get any better refresh rate then you’ll have to use different settings to get the fps up.

It must be on your end. It’s weird you get the first page, but not the other's. What browser are you using? If you tried different browser did you change anything that you can recall. Maybe firewall. I don’t know, that’s a tough one, but I would guess you changed something at one time or another.
