    " Kernel panics - This system has experienced kernel panics. This could be a sign of hardware failure." This explains almost everything. Remove the SSD and get back with the old setup and check. If things are back to normal, there's some issue with your SSD

    It is primarily the hardware issue and almost impossible to fix it yourself. Either you need to take it to Apple or get it checked by some hardware repair shop. First option is highly recommended.
