I reset Cmos but still no luck, I Changed the jumper and left the battery out for 5 mins.

I was tinkering with the bios settings and especially os defaults. It was set to Win 7 (I am using Ubuntu 18.04) and I changed it to manual alongside the fast, and secure boot options, that I changed to enable. I saw a text with 'VGA' on it in the settings after I changed to manual, but didn't...
