I have a windows usb and it wont even let me boot into the setup for windows. But i can boot and get into bios and everything. But it just goes to the black screen with the blue windows logo.

This week i have built my dream PC. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xdGGJb It started up just fine everything turned on and then it hit the windows black screen with just a blue windows logo. My mouse and keyboard both work. But it will just sit there and run my pc till it gets a little warm...
