    I think I solved it. The 4K monitors I am looking at support HDMI 2.1a input also. Therefore, just using the included HDMI cable for one of the 4K monitors may work.

    Solved. I went over everything with a fine tooth comb. I installed a new network switch. I rebooted my router via it's software interface. Still. The new computer was not visible to the old one. So I did a Network Reset on the new PC. Solved.
