Bought the computer new, from Costco, about 2 to 2 1/2 years ago. The "flower" appeared last Wednesday for the first time and it now is on the screen all the time.

Start-up screen has weird 95% overlay, that looks somewhat like a flower with horizontal jittery lines behind it. I can see the normal start-up screen wall-paper in the corners of the screen, but cannot see enough screen to operate. Computer is a laptop, Toshiba Satellite C55-B5390. Replaced...
