Bands have different names and both lights are lit up on the physical router... But nothing finds the 2.4.

RT-AC68U. The issue is that no devices - phones, computers, TVs or speakers can find the 2.4 band - even though ASUS says it's there.

I have an ASUS router with both 2.4 and 5.0 bands. According to the router and ASUS's setup page, my router is broadcasting both bands. However, no devices can find the 2.4 and I need it, as Sonos speakers can only work on 2.4. The bands have unique SSIDs. ASUS's customer service has had me...
