First of all your psu brand is ok but heres one thats cheaper and has what you need:

and you can probably jus t stick with one 7970 ghz editionn or gtx 680 for your needs, and later if you dont think its enough just plop another...
well, your cpu might bottleneck some modern card, but that ok untill you get a new cpu , and the amd 7850 is good ,it plays most games at 1080p ultra/high,
if you want you can get this msi amd 7950 which will be much cheaper because its factory refurb. only 250$, and you can save ur self some money and play games at ultra including bf3 at 1080p...
