I have problem, applications are blured, croped(for example blue area) and when I want to click for example "metadata" button(red area) I have to click below(green dot). Only fullscreen mode help me, but not every app has fullscreen mode. What I have to do? Thanks! screenshot:

Render time doesnt matter, only smoooothly editing

I could go with i5, but my budget for pc is only about 500$(I have to buy monitor, windows and other things), I can't find any tests how g4560 work with editing software, also I can't find any i3 test to see how g4560 could work with similar.

What do you think about editing video with this cpu? Rendering time doesn't matter, I just want to edit simple 1080p video without color grading in hitfilm 4 express without any lags. Does it good option? It'll go with 8gb of ram and gtx 1050 ti
