    Procedure entry point decodepointer

    Hello, I performed a R win xp pro repair to see if it would fix my computer from freezing up. I now get the err NUA.exe- entry point not found. The procedure entry point decodepointer could not be located in the dynamic link library Kernel32.dll. Is there a way to fix this?
