Tis happennd to mine, what i did was logged on, opened up task manager (ctrl+ alt+ Del) and clicked on running programs, i right clicked on a program and clicked "open containing folder) then from that pop up i went to control pannel and uninstalled some programs, after about 3 uneeded programs...
