What would be the cheapest system needed to max out battlefield 4? I figured an amd proc/gpu would be the best since battlefield 4 has mantle. Any help is greatly appreciated!

So when I first installed my H60 on my 4690k I cleaned off the stock thermal paste and put on Arctic Silver 5. For the first few days I would idle at 30c and in games would hit 50. And then all of sudden yesterday I am hitting 60c in games and idling at 35c. Help?
