I am using an AMD ryzen 5 1500x but at the same time I am using a Nvidia Graphics card GTX 1060 3GB. What type of sync will I need? Will it also be fine if I get a 144Hz monitor without any of the sync but keep the frame under 144 FPS. Thanks, Joel
