I just built a PC, all the fans are turning and the motherboard lights and video card lights turn on, but the monitor displays no signal even with the VGA, DVI, or HDMI is plugged in. I personally installed the hardware... and took it to Geek Squad in Best Buy. They spent around 10 minutes...
