Purchased a a6 9500 and boots right to bios now, bad CPU. Just a cpu for flashing bios's

i have swapped out the asrock ab350m hdv for a asrock a320m dgs. Still the same problem. I feel like i am either missing a rookie mistake (yes plastic is off the cpu) or, asrock has some wonky bios?

I ended up just taking it to a local pc repair shop where they did it for 20$. Works fine now.
