I'm pretty hesitant about doing that again though, as they are refusing to pay for it, and have since the beginning. I don't know what is wrong with it, but both cards had the same issues present, nothing changed after RMA-ing it.

Interesting. Seems the same issue happens with both this newer card, and older ones. This is unbelievable.

So I replaced my power supply with the OLDER one I first had in the computer. While it did fix the issue, it was the main reason why I even got a new one in the first place. I may need another stronger replacement since mine were defective it seems. But as for now the problem is fixed temporarily.
