I suspect that there is something to do with the the AIO you installed . Check if all the new connections for the AIO are done correctly . Try if it starts normally with aio disconnected from the USB header

Your cpu is throttling down , try using a cooler for that laptop and see if anything changes . Some people undervolt laptop cpu to reduce heating and thermal throttling issues

You cant always put the blame on your hardware . While playing BO3 my rig runs similar to this , core i5 at 100% usage I have a 4440 and a 1060 but in your case I cant say thats a bottleneck
