I can't tell if it would have worked, I decided to send the PC to service. I'm not sure but if it's not for Legacy/UEFI settings then maybe the BIOS only supports reinstall from CD disks and not USB devices. I appreciate it.

I wrote something by mistake, I meant if I select legacy and uefi together in boot mode and then legacy in boot storage then the flash drive appears actually (wrote disappear by fault). I'll check if I can do what you suggested.

Okay, I have in boot mode: UEFI and Legacy, UEFI only, Legacy only. in boot storage: UEFI first or only. Legacy first or only. I can't reinstall windows becuase if I select UEFI in these options then my flash drive disappears in boot options. but flash drive does appear in Peripherals USB...

Yes boot manger is listed, I have a primary hard drive of 930.7 GB. I can set UEFI to boot mode selection and storage boot option control, windows boot manager appears then too. I'm not sure what you mean by forcing the boot to UEFI. thanks for your comments.

The BIOS version is American Megatrends Inc. F6, 05/12/2014. Yes, I used rufus 2.8 to install the media creation tool on the flash drive.
