Update: I have reseated by CPU cooler and re-seated by RAM. Ensured all power cabled from PSU are connected and no capacitors on the MOBO look to be damaged. Reinstalled the graphics drivers on the graphic card and this also made no difference. I was able to play a game for about 5 minutes...
