Correct I have the xd5 elite pump also from corsair and a 280mm rad with fans and a 240 extra wide rad with fans on it aswell And I'm running distilled water with biocide in it no dyes or pre-made fluids

Your correct I didn't test without the mount bracket And no at idle or low load the package temp stays around 50-60°c

It thermal throttles (95-101°c) And the cooler is the Corsair xc7 rgb elite

I recently built a new PC and now after a few weeks of having it whenever I run a benchmark or a stress test my cpu immediately starts to thermal throttle. I just uninstalled and re-download my drivers and bios. I think it could be a bad cpu mount or the power supply not being powerful enough...
