As silly as it sounds it really is that. It took nearly 4 hours for monitor to turn on when I placed it in my garage during winter. At room temperature it takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour to turn on. But when I heat it with hair dryer it takes 2 minutes. What could be the cause of this problem...
