I have 2 identical Samsung Galaxy Tab E's that connect, has internet for literally 5 seconds, and then is booted off, connected but shows "no internet" next to "connected". Other devices work completely fine on this network at the same time. Using the same tablets on my phone's hotspot works...

I am on a mission to find out the branding of this pc I was given. It's a win98 machine. From what I've figured out it has a pcchip Mobo. Sis 530 chipset, AMD socket 7. But there is no identifying logos or markings on case and I've spent hours going through old pics on Google to find another...
