I have an RM1000x, so assuming OP and I are experiencing the same issue, then the power supply is unlikely to be the cause.

I have a very similar issue with an RTX 4090 and a 7800X3D, where a restart fixes the low frame rates. Have you managed to resolve this? Any input would be much appreciated :)
