Should i get the gtx 1080?

From what I have read the GTX 1080 is the best around. From what I gather this is how the current gen breaks down. 480/1060 = kills at 1080p, playable at 1440p, can't really hack 4K 1070= destroys at 1080p, kills it at 1440p, playable (but not optimal) 4K 1080= overkill at 1080p, destroys...

    can i run MSI RX 480 x gaming 8gb

yes. yes and yes. I recently added a RX 480 w/ my Sandy Bridge CPU (P67 MoBo) and it works like a charm. You have Haswell so I would assume you would be fine too. I saw massive games in gaming performance.

    PS4 Pro equivalent gpu?

Consoles are tricky. Pure power wise it will be around a RX 470(its basically an underclocked 480, 480 does about 5.4 tflops, it will do somewhere in the 4s), but due to less overhead on a console and generally better optimization it may have the effect a RX 480 has in a PC.

    Intel Graphics + Battlefield = ???

Find a cheap GPU... heck I am selling my old Radeon 6950 on craigslist for like 50 bucks. That card could run the game (but dont try high settings...). Grab something like this. It less than the cost of the game and will turn your PC into a PS4 basically(not the same, but with my 6950 I could...

Here's The New PlayStation 4 Pro, Arriving November 10 For $399

One I think people are confusing, the PS4 Pro will be able to play all older games regardless of whether the developers update them or not. They would only require a patch from the developers if they want to change it from 720p to 1080p or 30fps to 60fps or other graphical enhancements.

PC suddenly running games REALLY bad

did you try going into your BIOS and restoring everything to defaults? I once had an issue where my ram was running at wrong clock speed, and CPU was running really hot and for some reason restoring defaults got it running normally. I then was able to go back in and add my OCs.

PC suddenly running games REALLY bad

is it possible somehow you are running off you dedicated video card for some reason. remove your GPU, and run off dedicated graphics for sure and see if it changes. If you have this issue either you GPU took a crap or you might need to reinstall drivers.
