Fixed- Rewired everything and re-installed my RAM..this somehow solved the issue. Thanks everyone for their input, it's time to get gaming :)

Same as with the new one, fans turn on, first LED on my MOBO enables, my keyboard and mouse's LEDs flicker and nothing appears on screen, it doesn't even turn on
