I managed to solve the problem by changing the channel from 13 to 11. 2.4 ghz and 5ghz , the 5ghz was on auto where the 2.4ghz was on 13. I was assuming the computer was trying to connect to the 13 channel where all the other devices were on the auto channel hence why they were connecting fine...
