I have a LeNovo ideadpad3 and its processor is the i7-10510U. I have a problem with the clock speeds once my PC is plugged off. When I plug in it goes over 4.2GHz like it's expected to, but once i plug of it goes down. This is a behavior I would expect (to save battery), but I wouldn't expect...
