No, the USB adapter wasn't included in it. Basically every part except those that you would plug in. The adapter is a NETGEAR WNDA3100v3 N600 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter according to drivers.

Update here, I did the green wire test and the psu works. So I reassembled the PC and tried to start, immediately I heard a click. Seems to be from the mother board. ASUS saber tooth x79, if that helps
