Update - Talked to Corsair Support and they took back my PSU and said it was faulty and gave me a deal on a new one got a Corsair 850 W 80 Plus Gold, PC now runs fine. Thanks for the help.

Problem is when my GPU cuts out my screens go black so theres no way of me seeing temps after it cuts out, and no i dont have another PSU.

GTX 970 is the only new thing i added which would of been around 2 years ago CPU is at 43'c GPU is at 54'c
